Repeat Business is Key to Heil Success

Over the past few decades the face of waste collection has changed and changed again. With privatisation of the refuse services back in the 80’s came a whole raft of new players, some of whom are now multi-million pound companies, and so the future market is equally uncertain with recycling and environmental concerns at the fore.

One thing that has remained constant throughout, however, is the popularity of Heil Europe as a leading UK manufacturer of RCV’s. The Heil success story can be clearly witnessed through the incredibly high percentage of repeat orders customers place over the years.

The orders are evenly split between private operators and borough councils and range from prominent players such as Biffa and Viridor, who have massive fleets across the UK, down to very small operators acquiring their first vehicle.

“Our approach to business is a key factor in gaining repeat business and all our team forge long term relationships with customers, no matter what size they are” commented Roy Cooper, Sales and Marketing Director for Heil Europe. “We make every effort to understand customer needs and our production is structured to be able to react to those needs and provide quality vehicles tailored to customer requirements”.

Last year a record number of local authorities and private companies came back to Heil for their next vehicle and the pattern looks set to be even higher in 2008.

“I think the quality and flexibility of our products is such a winning combination that meets so many requirements we score very highly in any criteria” added Roy, “Customer satisfaction means a great deal to us and we are extremely pleased that so many satisfied customers come back for more”.
