Success for Heil at Futuresource

Leading British RCV manufacturer, Heil Europe, is celebrating great success at this year’s Futuresource at Excel London.

Heil Europe’s stand featured the latest addition to the popular range of RCV’s, the P900, which generated a lot of interest from exhibition visitors.

Based on Heil’s hard working Powertrak, the P900 has as much strength and robustness as Heil’s larger refuse vehicles, whilst being small enough to suit narrow, tight access and rural refuse rounds and still allows for over 5T payload. The vehicle featured on Heil’s stand was mounted on a DAF 55 4x2 15T chassis and featured the new hoist comb lift.

The P900 is a versatile RCV as it also proves successful as a food waste collection vehicle due to its unique sump system and heavy duty tailgate seal. It is this versatility and the fact that it shares the same reliable electrical & hydraulic systems as the rest of the Heil range, and that all wearing parts can be changed in situ, which means that the P900 has low maintenance costs and less downtime.

Heil Europe’s Regional Sales Manager, Paul Brown, commented “This was our first time exhibiting at Excel and we had a tremendously successful show. A lot of interest was generated which we fully expect to become firm orders within the next few months. It was a pleasure to welcome customers old and new to our stand”.

For nearly 30 years Heil Europe has tailored its products and services to match the exacting needs of RCV operators in both the private and public sectors. By combining a close understanding of specific user requirements with flexible and dynamic engineering, Heil Europe has developed a range of Refuse Collection Vehicles unsurpassed for efficiency and reliability.
